planning tip
Help your guests plan their stay
Sharing your chosen hotel information, the venue address, and the ceremony time on your wedding website or invitations is a must! But don’t forget to also include any planned transportation options, like hotel shuttles or buses. If your ceremony will be outside, it is also helpful to mention suitable footwear and remind guests to check the Maine weather before they leave.
Booking your rooms
When booking, call the hotel directly, mention the Maine Wedding Barn, and ask about the current rate and booking options.
Guests reserve and pay for their rooms directly with the hotel. The Maine Wedding Barn does not provide overnight accommodations or manage hotel bookings. Some hotels can create a customized booking link, and Residence Inn currently offers discounted room blocks for groups booking 10 or more rooms.
Shuttle service
If many guests plan to use the bar, consider arranging a shuttle between the hotel and the venue. Please discuss parking, buses, shuttles and any special transportation arrangements with us during your tour.
