Choosing wedding vendors can feel like starting several research projects at once. Luckily, we have worked alongside many excellent caterers, DJs, photographers, videographers, florists, bakers and officiants.
The names below are people we have seen at work, often more than once because they do good work, communicate well, and help make the day easier for everyone involved. However, these recommendations are entirely optional.
We are happy to make an introduction, but you choose and book each vendor directly, and all contracts, payments and arrangements stay between you and the vendor.
What to look for in a vendor
We recommend people who communicate clearly, arrive prepared, respect the timeline, and work well with everyone else on the property.

If you have a list of people you will be working with, please send us their details as your planning progresses. While you will work with them directly, our coordinator will make sure they have the practical information they need for the property and your wedding-day timeline.

When comparing caterers, ask about staffing, service style, dietary needs, setup and cleanup, rentals, vendor meals and timing as well as the menu. The actual food is only one part of how catering affects the day.
